1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons, sales events, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Coverage
Fab Decor currently delivers to most locations across India.
If your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and provide a full refund if payment has already been made.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- We may offer Free Shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or orders above a specified cart value.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for bulky furniture or oversized products.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:

5. Furniture & Large Items
Large furniture and oversized décor items may require additional handling and transportation time.
Such products may have longer delivery timelines, which will be communicated where applicable.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- Order confirmation email or SMS (where applicable)
- Shipping confirmation
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner details (if available)
You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Invalid contact number
- Refusal to accept delivery
the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing:
- Complete delivery address
- Correct PIN code
- Accurate contact number
- Landmark (if applicable)
Fab Decor is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.
9. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged package
- An opened parcel
- Missing items
- Incorrect products
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photographs of the package
- Product images
- Unboxing video (recommended)
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
10. Delivery Delays
Although we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

- Public holidays
- Government restrictions

- High order volumes

Fab Decor shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately based on product availability or warehouse location.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment, where applicable.
12. Cash on Delivery (If Available)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected locations and products.
Fab Decor reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, order values, or locations without prior notice.
13. International Shipping
Currently, Fab Decor ships only within India, unless otherwise specified on the website.
14. Lost Shipments
If your shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, Fab Decor will, at its discretion:
- Arrange a replacement, subject to product availability, or
- Process a full refund to the original payment method.

Fab Decor shall not be responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Earthquakes
- Fire
- Pandemic
- Government regulations
- Political unrest
- Strikes
- Transportation disruptions
